The site collects data only through the quote request form. There are no user accounts, no behavioural tracking and no profiling.

Data collected

• First and last name
• Email address and, if you choose to give it, a phone number
• Information about the event: type, date, town, number of guests
• The free-text content of your message

This data is used solely to consider your request, prepare a quote and reply to you. It is never sold, rented out, or used for marketing.

Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR). The form is not mandatory: you can also contact us by phone or email.

Your data is passed to our team and to the technical providers strictly necessary to run the site:

• Resend — delivery of the form emails. Provider established in the United States.
• Our hosting provider — storage and delivery of the site.

Email delivery involves a transfer to the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The corresponding data processing agreement is kept on file by the company.

The site stores no requests: your message is sent by email and then removed from the technical chain. Correspondence is kept for 12 months in our mailbox from the last contact, then deleted. If your request leads to a rental contract, contractual and accounting documents are kept for the applicable statutory periods.

This site sets no analytics, advertising or social network cookies. No third-party tracker is loaded: fonts are served from our own domain. No consent banner is therefore required under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.

Only a technical language-preference cookie may be set by the site. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and is exempt from consent.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Technical logs do not keep your IP address in clear text: the form's anti-abuse mechanism handles only a non-reversible fingerprint of it, automatically erased after a few minutes.

You have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: ask for your data to be deleted
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to portability: receive your data in a readable format
• Right to object to processing, on grounds relating to your particular situation

To exercise these rights, write to contact@example.invalid. You will receive a reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
